Which 18" wheel looks best on an A3 S-Line, stock suspension?
I think the Hartmann was the '06 18" 20 spoke option wheel. Ryan's R38s look great. . .what about the others?
Ronal R38 <img src="http://www.ronalusa.com/wheels/opt-images/r38/r38-2.jpg"> Ronal RT <img src="http://www.ronalusa.com/wheels/opt-images/rt/rt-5lug.jpg"> Ronal LZ <img src="http://www.ronalusa.com/wheels/opt-images/lz/lz-5lug.jpg"> Hartmann mesh 305 <img src="http://www.hartmannwheels.com/site/products/wheels/audi/Hartmann_250x250_Audi_305_Mesh_19.JPG"> |
R38's or 305's, IMO

X3!!!
Have the OEM mesh 18's and they're unbelievably gorgeous.
I need to take them off for winter and it's been AGONY trying to find something that won't drive me nuts all winter. <img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/110392/front.jpg" alt="a3 with 18s" /> |
And just in case: WTB: OEM 17" 16-spoke bi-color rims
These ones:

Nice

Bigger wheels tend to accentuate the large amount of wheel gap created by the stock suspension.
From personal experience, I recommend lowering prior to going with bigger wheels. Otherwise, you will not reep the benefits of upgrading to a nicer wheel.
