2103 A3 TDI Wagon - Pricing
 

Hi everyone,

I'm interested in buying a 2013 A3 TDI Premium Plus wagon, it has all the packages - lava grey, in mint condition with 38k miles on it. The dealer wants $21k, the closest I can see in price is 20k for a car with about 10k more miles and no bose / navigation. Its at an Audi dealership who is giving it the CPO treatment without putting the certification on it - I think it's one year too old. They are also putting 4 new All-season tires on it, it currently has summer tires.

It's hard to find any sort of buying guide, KBB says it could sell for $20k - what do you think?

J, welcome aboard. Are you able to review the maintenance history and warranty claims to date? Is this the car you want to buy?

This is the car I want to buy - they provided a carfax, it only had 1 owner and the car was located in florida, so never saw snow.

Hey, Im new here, but that is WAY overpriced. Look at cargurus for a typical market value of cars. IMO this car should not be more than $15k. Options make a car more rare, but usually do not add a whole lot to the price. TDI's prices are very low right now because of the recent scandal and the market is flooded with them. Many dealers that purchased these cars from VWGOA are now trying to sell them back through the auction because they cant get rid of them. Nothing wrong with the cars, everyone is just scared of them right now.
