Default Fault Codes P306D and P306E

Hi All,

I was driving home from work yesterday and when accelerating to overtake, I noticed quite a jerk and the EPC light came on for about 5 seconds then went off.

I scanned for errors using the Carista App and adapter and I got the codes P306D and P306E. I would appreciate if anyone can shed some light as to what could be causing this. Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor maybe?

The spark plugs and coil pack have been replaced. So has the fuel filter and I'm running on Shell V-Power fuel.

When I had the same issue I had to get a new timing chain. Good Luck.
