Stotchy

My car has had no sound coming from the stereo for some time now. I took it to Audi and they said my MMI was broken and it would be $10k to replace it.

I started reading online and became convinced that component protection had somehow turned on which was stopping the sound. My mechanic looked at the log and unfortunately this wasn't the case.

There was a fault though that they believe is impacting the sound - see below

Can anyone tell me what this fault means and if it's likely impacting the sound from the MMI? If I can save $10k by avoiding buying a new MMI I'd be very grateful.
