I'd say no problem on the booster. Is the car seat rear-facing? That might be an issue.

I've got a Subaru STi right now which I will be delivering to a buyer Friday and picking up an A3 3.2. I'll be swapping my rear facing baby seat into the Audi then.

If you can wait that long, I can give you definites.

Obviously the booster will be fine, but the rear facings are pretty big.

I'd guess that you may not be able to fit the rear facing behind you. You may need to put it on the passengers side. I know thats a pain, because it adds to the process of getting the kid all set.

I dont know if the A3 had a center LATCH fitting, I'm hoping to put my seat in the middle.

btw - the A3s back seat is a fair bit tighter than the Impreza's

Default Your kids will be just fine

However, kids being kids, they will likely be kicking the back seat especially the one in a car seat. I have an A4 now and I'm weeks away from picking up my A3 and I have beige interior which does not work with kids. So, my advice get a darker interior like 'black'. I also two kids.

Default It works for me. 6' and 2 youngins

I have an 18 month old and 4.5 yr old, both forward facing. I'm 6' and when passenger I put seat way back. My older one can kick the seats, so that's not always fun, but it works. I just got the car and would not have wanted it with rear facing infant seats.

Default Absolutly!

I've got my 6yr and 4yr in the backseat with boosters and they fit great, even with the driver seat pushed back. Both my kids LOVE my new A3!
