Meteor with black interior... ?
 

Too monochromatic? I had a silver Audi 100 with a grey interior back in the early 90s and it was pretty blah. Black on black is not my taste either but maybe there's enough contrast between Meteor and the black leather. I'm just concerned that the grey interior is too light, I wish there was a medium. I guess I'm going to have to actually go down to a dealership to actually see this combo. I hate going into the sales shark pool at any dealership, I'd love to make a deal totally by e-mail!

I'd go with black. I never really liked the gray in our A4, but I like the black in my lava gray A3
 

The gray in our A4 was just too light for my taste. I agree that a medium or dark gray interior would be sweet if offered. I had that in an ML-350 and really liked it.

And a friend recently bought a black B6 S4 with all black interior (including the headliner), and although it wouldn't have been my first choice (nor his I suspect) if ordering the car, it really looks nice. The car has a stealthy look and the windows almost look tinted, even though they're not.

I've got black on black - it's the hardest to keep clean - but the slickest looking (when it is).

Also, black interior is a dark gray, not really true black - if they couldn't have gotten me black on black, I'd have definitely gotten mine in Lava.
