2009 A3 s line Quattro the car starts shuddering when accelerating from anything above 50mph up especially motorway driving after car warms up ther appears to be a slight drone aswell only been happening over past few days

i dont have any shudder but my 07 s3 drones/whines above 50 when no on the throttle. is this same for you. i had my haldex oil changed on last service but that didnt help so internet points to either rear diff fault or drive shaft. saving up to take it in atm :P
