I orderd my 3.2Q on Nov. 21. I was told that it would get a December build date but no idea of shipping. Today I was told the build date was going to be pushed back but the date was a little more firm than the previous date I got at time of ordering. I also recieved a more firm delivery date.

New build date is ~2nd week January
New delivery date is ~3rd week February.

The funny thing is that I'm getting Sprint Blue and Roof Rails. I was expecting to see more delays than I have seen thus far because of these two custom options, so I'm quite happy that (so far) the dates are pretty resonable. I'm not sure if the build date being pushed to January from December was a result of the paint or rails though.

If anyone else has ordered a 3.2Q with some custom options and hasn't received any firm dates, maybe this info will pertain to you as well.

Since most of the A3's coming over are loaded, I'm thinking of buying one from a lot instead of custom ordering, but none of them have roof rails.
