What's different between then NA and EU s-line suspension?

What's different between then NA and EU s-line suspension?
As the title says, what's the difference? I remember reading that the North American s-line model (06 3.2Q) doesn't come with the same suspension as it does in Europe but I don't remember what the difference was. Is the NA suspension the same as the 2.0T sport model (now the s-line)? How decent is the actual s-line suspension and would it be worth upgrading a stock 3.2Q to it? I'm not really in the market for new suspension. Just curious as to what the differences were and if anyone felt it was an option for upgrading to if I do decide to upgrade. I'm not really interested in lowering my car much more then is already is, I'd want it more for handling than anything else.
