Is the exhaust mostly white smoke or partial?
Does the white smoke always appear, or only at certain times like starting up or hard acceleration?
What's the mileage on the car?
Has it always had regular oil changes or has it been abused in this area?
Does the engine make any unusual or loud clattering noises?
