Can the Advanced Technology Package be added to a A3 Prestige Cab after the fact? Or is this a factory only add?

Advanced Technology package
-Audi adaptive cruise control
-Camera and/or distance sensor (driver assistance system)
-Audi active lane assist
-Audi pre sense® front

Look, anything is possible. If your dealer is willing to do, expect it to cost about 3 times the cost of the package. I think most dealers will tell you can't be done.

Someone in this forum I believe retrofitted Adaptive Lane Assist. It cost him about $800 in parts, including swapping the windshield.

I'd just consider it a factory only considering the parts involved and labor.

You are talking about buying new body pieces that are the cost of the package alone before labor/coding and the cameras/sensors.
