2016 A3 - Beeping from the engine bay after turning ignition off?

2016 A3 - Beeping from the engine bay after turning ignition off?
Recently noticed something odd. Not sure if this is normal?
Every time I turn off the ignition and walk out of the car, there is a noticeable sequential beeping (beeeeeep - beeeeep - beeeep) that happens. They are not loud like the one you hear when you lock the car though. And I want to say maybe 10-20 seconds later the beeping stops.
This does occur every time I turn off the car. I have opened the front and looked for the source but can't tell where it's coming from. Is this normal?
FYI: The A3 in question is 2016 Model, Prestige + Advanced Pkg + Sprt pkg.

.There's a combination of mechanical and beeping sounds for at least 20-30 seconds after shutoff. And you'll eventually hear a humming every once in a while which another member explained: "Its the after run coolant pump cooling the turbo. It cycles coolant through the main radiator, turbo bearing housing and cylinder head. If you listen very closely you will hear the radial thermostat slowly adjusting the flow. Completely normal". And one last set of noise is for the electromechanical parking brake that goes through some tests every 620 miles after shutoff so that it's properly working.
