New 2018 RS3 owner from previous 2015 S3. Read the thread for many months never able to pull the trigger especially after 'Portgate' but was fortunate that someone cancelled their port held car that was a 100% fit for what I was looking for - Glacier White / BO / Dynamic / Technology / RS Design / Crescendo Red interior. From deposit to pick up was 1 week. Sat with a little over 500 miles on the clock and loving every piece of orchestra it spits out. Even what I deemed butt ugly wheels have grown on me, like 'em yeah, love 'em no. Anyways thought I'd share especially as Glacier doesn't appear to be popular.
For what it's worth my SA was in Germany around a month ago and the top brass at Audi stated the R8 would receive a loss in power of 8 BHP which appears to be well stated in the threads and port held RS3's were due to US emissions.....take it with a pinch of salt...
Forgot to add the car had 15 miles at pick up.

Got an awesome message from my dealer (Audi Richfield in Minneapolis) last week that my car showed up unexpectedly about a month early! I was expecting a mid-May/early June delivery, but I picked up my new ride this past weekend. Both my wife and I have been smiling every single time we drive it- she's been pushing it even harder than me, which is pretty hilarious. We've basically just left it in Dynamic mode- love the exhaust note so much! Ended up trading in my Mazda 3. Got a few funny looks from the dealer at the upgrade, but my garage just got a lot more fun!
