Wow, so that is pretty well priced then. I read in Road n Track last night a review of the TTRS and the Audi developer was recommending the fixed suspension. If that is the case, you could get a fully loaded RS3 for a pretty nice price..with what I am looking with, add in $3k for freight/pdi etc, I am right at $70k Cdn. I was thinking it would be $75k.
Assume that the $62.9 does not include freight/pdi?

I suspect we're paying less because of the weak CDA exchange right now. A fully loaded RS3 without carbon brakes is pretty similar to a fully loaded C43 - maybe do that comparison in USD?
Sport seats are included with the base price, with the electric seats available at $0.
Wheel upgrades are $400.
There is no Progressive option in Canada, just the base with all the Tecknik stuff included for the $62.9. The base included folding power mirrors, don't think the S3 does that this model year.
I'm undecided on the Sport Seats and Fixed Sport Suspension. My dealer says my wife won't hate me for them, but...

RS3 Order Guide
Here's the order guide that CoOISIY mentions. Not sure if this already resides in the forum. Apologizes if I've duplicated someone else's efforts.
Again this is Canadian dollars.

I just read this from Autoeveolution concerning the estimated price of the 2018 RS3 in the US.
Taken from: https://www.autoevolution.com/news/2...us-115513.html
A better explanation of how the US$ cost estimate is derived from Fourtitude (http://fourtitude.com/news/2018-audi...cing-leaked/):
Taken from: https://www.autoevolution.com/news/2...us-115513.html
The base price of the RS3 sedan has been leaked in Canada. It costs CAD 62,900. And based on that, people with a much better understanding of money than us have deduced that it's going to be between $53,000 and $55,000 in the States.
Although the price is in Canadian dollars, it gives a hint as to what the RS 3 will cost in America. Current MSRPs vary about 10%-15% between Canada and the US, but American performance models, such as the S3 and RS7 only cost about 8.5% less. Based on that, the US model could cost between $53,000 and $55,000.

correct, no PDI, freight, or documentation fees/etc included in the base price. My very well optioned build came out to $69.3 MSRP and $83.1 taxes/freight/etc etc etc...
looking at maybe an August delivery, but no build-date released on my order yet.

Silly question: Why replace the mag ride with a fixed suspension? My mind went straight to "The Bilstein B16s are better on the track than the mag ride?", but I'm sure I'm missing something here, yes?

Correct me if i'm wrong but we'll be able to order the 2018 RS3 with red/black OR grey/black interior with the super sport standard seats correct?
This is code: QB
Would this be code: UB like the S3 optional seats??

And those would be the electrical "sports seats" (it says "manual" adjustment but I think the left ones are considered the "sports electric seats" in the RS3)
Correct me if i'm wrong, just trying to see what the seats will look like Btw, been given a july delivery date for mine, i'm in Canada.

for me - it came down to wanting the best sport suspension option, and feeling the Mag setup in my 2015 S3 was designed by a committee, everything's a compromise with it. it's brilliant tech, but not 'sporty'. Let's see what the new Audi Sports president can do to the lowly RS3 with his Lambo experience.
