Hi everyone,

I've located an out of state 2019 RS3 that I've negotiated a great deal on, but need to finalize today. My main concern is that it will not have the original exhaust sound. The car literally has not been driven beyond delivery to the dealer.

Via pictures, I can see a manufacturer date of 4/19 and CO2 emissions that appear to not be inline with Audi's updated numbers. The updated numbers on the Audi site are 194 or 195g of CO2. This car has 397 listed on the sticker, which I've read elsewhere is a tell tale sign. Can anyone else help me confirm? Otherwise, the car is perfect and has all the options I wanted (Nardo, Dynamic, Tech, Black Optics, RS design, CF inlays). I'll be trading my 2018 S3, which they will pickup and then deliver the RS3 to me if I pull the trigger.

Are you in North America? If so, the exhaust hasn’t changed.

edit: lol, didnt read the title and post closely enough. The US 2019s haven’t changed re: exhaust or sound.

Enjoy your NEW 2019 USA RS3 as I now have mine and I can assure you it's a killer machine.
If the 2019 your speaking of has the (Dynamic Package) it will have the Sport Exhaust.
Just get that dealer to send you a copy of the Window Sticker so you know for a fact it does !!!

Thank you sir! Yes, I have that and can see that the fine print on your sticker matches mine. Look in the white part where the fuel economy is and in the fine print you'll see 397 CO2 emissions, which I think is proof that we don't have WLTP. I think the 8v up top in the right where it says Model indicates the same (but not 100% sure on that one).

Thanks again Terry, I appreciate your help! I'm going to need to update my signature soon. I've sold my Camaro, my S3 and bought a new RS3 all in the last 30 days lol. They said it'll be delivered next week, so I just need to pick a day that works. It's my first time buying a car out of state like this over web, but I couldn't turn this baby down below invoice

I actually flew to Dublin, Ohio and purchased a new Yellow Challenger Hellcat the car I traded in on my RS3.
I did all of it over the phone and in maybe 15-minutes.
I worked for new car dealerships for like 20 years so I know exactly how they operate.

I kept the Hellcat for 1-year and traded it for the ordered RS3 in my signature.
I did go ahead and release the Hellcat for maximum trade-in credit.
They sold the Hellcat in less than 5-days !!!

Took like 5 months for the RS3 to get here and delivered.
