I thought Audi was a German brand?

Cars are built in multiple locations now. Mexico is likely the newest point of final assembly.

My '98 and '99 A4s were made in Hungary and were very reliable cars. My '17 Q3 was made in Spain and this production series is ranked as the most reliable Audi in the US by Consumers Report, but I'll need another 5-10 years before I can fully endorse that claim or not...

Hell I used to own a VW Toureg (V8) years ago and it too was manufactured in Hungary if I remember correctly. I didn't have a single issue with it. I'd much rather have my vehicle built in Hungary compared to say China or India?

Rarely are cars made all from one country. The Q7 is made in Slovakia. Many American cars are made in Mexico. The parts of cars are made all over the world. No car is 100% from any one country.

Yeah you're right. My previous BMW M4 was made in Regensburg, Germany while my Wife's X5 is made in the USA
