Well, I I finally figured it out - I can send pics if anyone wants to email me at Phoenixgold 1234@gmail.com - basically I was able to get it out because I dropped the driver side knee panel and the passenger-side glove box ,and there were four clips on it ,on the top one on top left and bottom left, &the top one on top right and bottom right of it - as long as you can push down with the flat head screwdriver on the top clips then it jiggles right on out
