Can't get Audi connect to work on used 2015.
I have activated the service. I have a myaudi account. I have tried putting the pin number in the nav. I have pulled and put the NEW SIM back in. Here's a video with my issue to accompany. Any suggestions?

How did you obtain the SIM? As far as I remember, the 2015 A3 like all pre MY16 came with T-Mobile as the supported provider, although MY14 and higher hardware technically supported AT&T. For AT&T that APN is correct and username, password needs to be blank. However, the SIM needs to be correctly provisioned.

Ok, I just double-checked and AT&T is correct as the supported provider for the 2015 A3. I suspect that your SIM card wasn't properly activated, even though it shows as activated. That happened to me before. I got a SIM activated for a tablet, but it wasn't actually working until AT&T reactivated it. Call their technical support at 611 or 800.331.0500. There's normally nothing you have to do. Just insert the SIM and the MMI configures itself. After a minute or so the service should start working. It automatically configures the correct APN, which it seems to have done on your system. So, if data isn't flowing then it's most likely something on AT&T's side.
Since the car is used, though, what I would try first is perform a factory reset. Go to the main menu, then Setup MMI. In there you'll find factory reset/delete user data or something along those lines. It's called different things on different firmware version. Check all the components and reset. You'll lose any data that you've already stored on it, but at least the system will be back to factory settings and anything the previous owner may have messed with gets cleared.

Well, I did a factory reset on all field. The maps fill in a little better, but I still can't put my PIN in to pull a destination from on line and none of the Audi connect services will start. It's odd, the data counter shows data moving around. Strange. Thank you for the suggestion.

It started working this morning. I spoke to a women at Audi this weekend, tried some trouble shooting, nothing worked. She said she may call Germany to poke around. I don't know if she followed up and found something, or if it just needed a few days to ping the network, or what. Either way, the update, is...it's working and I don't really know what fixed it.
