I would not believe any EPA fuel rating sticker...way too optimistic.

Its pretty arbitrary, my 2015 was fair to say that it could easily get 30 MPGs on the highway - I experienced that a few times when I kept it 70 or under. I predict that my long-drive gas mileage test for the '18 will be 31 or 32 MPG. Ignore all stickers.
