Thanks everyone for their comments!

I've decided, when I get my dog, to go ahead with Orvis dog Hammock and door panel protectors. Dog Hammock Car Seat Cover / Windowed Hammock Seat Protector -- Orvis

Hopefully my S3 will stay clean and scratch free lol

Dog hair will inevitably float about the cabin as well. But pretty easy to vacuum off leather and plastic. Good luck with your pups and your setup!

I have almost the same one in my A3. Works great but my dog struggles to get grip on the top of it so she slides a bit if she isn't lying down.
