Yikes - sorry about that. The dimensions and weights of that product were applied incorrectly. If you dump your cart and reload, this should be fixed.

anyone have an idea how hard these are to swap out for the oem?
Not very hard. Remove the front ring carefully with a plastic trim tool and snap the new one in.
Remove the rear with a little heat and some dental floss. Tape around the original ring first so you can position the new one. Clean all the residue and prep the surface with some alcohol. Stick the new ring on.
