Saw this on the S3 build page on Audi Japan. A USB memory key. Anyone see one of these before? Interesting to say the least considering it looks like an actual key. It costs about $50 converted to US Dollars. Also saw some accessory key fob covers in multiple colors of leather or some shiny plastic. Here's a few examples including Crimson Red, Signal Orange, Samoa Orange, Amalfi White.

The USB stick was a gift from one of the Audi launching event several years back. And the leather/plastic case are available everywhere I think? There's also a leather case with embossed carbon pattern too.
