Can you post a picture? You need to instal the metal plate behind your phone. You can get metal plates on Amazon for real cheap. If you need help please contact Clearmounts at info@clearmounts.com

I bought the low profile magnet mount for my S3 8V the second i saw this product.
Everyone that sees it tries to find a magnet mount like it; definitely love this product as the magnet holds my phone very firmly.

Have the low profile mount in my 2015 S3 w/ Iphone 6+. Love it. the hold is solid. I don't us my phone in landscape mode, so the low profile works great for me. Its a very strong mount. The phone doesn't really move - even on big bumps. Great purchase for me. I would definitely recommend it.
