Matte Black vinyl wrapped all the chrome trim
The titanium package is cool but you lose the aluminum mirror caps. Which is a fail. And The tit. wheels are not for me.
So I cheaply and easily wrapped the chrome in matte black (as opposed to gloss black on the tit. package). Completely safe and reversible mod.
70$- 5ft by 6 feet of 3m Matte Black auto wrap vinyl: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
5$- a felt wedge (get it): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I've done this also, its actually surprisingly easy to get a perfect finish. And worst case scenario you bugger up, you try again.
For anyone looking to save a couple dollars check out this website.
Shadowline Matte & Gloss Black Window Trim & Roof Vinyls
I ordered the 4" x 30' wide matte black. Cut the vinyl in half and you have more then enough to do the entire car and the front grill. 60' of 2" vinyl also left me a little for repairs down the road.
Its Avery-Dennison vinyl wrap so its high quality like 3m.
Also in the Audi tool pouch in the trunk of the car there is a vinyl scraper (for lack of better words, but its actually a tool for changing the rear light bulb) not its intended purpose was, but it worked perfect.

No I did not have to remove anything. The spoiler may be a little harder. And potential more dangerous because it touches real paintwork.

I was looking to do this to my S3, I tried it with Plasti Dip, because I did that with the badge on the rear trunk but it didn't turn out all that great. This is awesome, seems like a little easier installation too, thanks for posting!!
