My only complaint about my magnetic swivel is the outermost section (where the phone makes contact with the swivel) actually spins freely. So even when the swivel is tightened on the ball, the phone still spins side to side on the mount. Drives me a little nuts.

It's an easy fix. Just remove the magnet from the mount and tighten the screw from the back. Let me know how it goes. Please contact me info@clearmounts.com. I'm here to help!

Will be taking delivery of a new RS3 sedan in a couple of weeks so I've gone ahead and ordered the combo kit. Have been very happy with the Kenu Airframe in my GTI, but the Clearmount seems perfectly positioned and won't block a vent!
