New engine. Old oil pressure problems. Dreaded Bpy.

1st engine balance shaft seized. Used engine installed.
2nd engine oil starvation seizes top end and balance shaft again. New engine custom built. new turbo"ko3" installed. New oil pressure switch installed...
3rd engine.. 200 miles in... Bored 20 over.. All else stock.. Oil pressure warning after engine is hot and revs drop below 1500 after.. Bring engine speeds up and mil goes away. 1pin 1.4 bar switch replaced and grounded. Same issue persist. Builder insist engine is fine. Has not manually tested oil pressure. Engine runs well other than power surging while wot acceleration ... Almost hesitate like a shift.... I have been instructed that this is most likely still an electrical issue...... Indianapolis area.. HELP!!!!.
