No key user features for 2018 RS3?

No key user features for 2018 RS3?
My salesman gave me the 10 digit code for audiconnect and I got them to verify me so I can setup the key user for my RS3. But there's no option in the MMI at all to define a key user. I tried turning off the data module and even logging out but the only option I get is to log into myAudi account. So I called myAudi support and I was told that this feature is not available for my car. I only wanted to try it out since I get 6 months for free. Is this true that the RS3s don't have this feature?

Hey I am a salesperson for Audi and I think this is an easy fix. When you pull up Audi connect. Use your right drawer (+) and select key user management. If this is not visible select privacy mode turn the vehicle off for 5 minutes then start it back up and turn on Audi connect. This should fix it!

Sorry I wasn't getting notifications but I did try out what you suggested. Still no key user for me. Someone on another forum told me that it is true that this isn't a feature apparently? Thanks for the help though!
