I'm surprised more people with the Black Optics package don't mention how the rear exhaust valance does not match any other part on the car. For example the plastic on the non Black Optics chrome grill is Platinum Grey Metallic- which DOES match the Platinum Grey Matalic rear exhaust valance.
But the plastic on the Black Optics grill is a satin black- not Platinum Grey Metallic.. so it matches nothing.. Turns out the matte plastic dip matches rather well.

Seems like Audi overlooked this. Anyways it looks much better blacked out. (just need to get better pics outdoors)

Some other minor updates:
replaced black badges with chrome (back to stock)
added carbon mirror caps
carbon spoiler (soon)
might remove rear s3 badge and black out the front s3 badge (just to see how it looks)
wrap door trim pieces in gloss carbon (soon)

Very nice job! Now that I'm keeping my black S3 instead of getting a new RS3, I'm looking to do some future exterior mods; rear spoiler, front splitter, etc. Your paint work looks very nice Mark.

I noticed the exhaust is chrome where just about everything is black on my black optics package. You can order the RS3 exhaust to be black tipped - a little annoyed you can't get that on the S3.
