Yes it is OEM. Any Audi dealership parts department should be able to look up and order them.

They have versions for with or without side assist.
EDIT: It should be noted there are many knockoff versions of both those items available of varying quality and fitment. ECS Tuning offers some for half price or you can go even cheaper but quality will suffer obviously.
