Hello,

I thank anyone in advance for their help or guidance. I have a 2015 Audi S3 with the G.I.A.C ECU and TCU tunes. I’m considering installing a good catted mid pipe, intake and intercooler with stage 2 tune. I’d maybe consider removing the resonator as well. Any advice as to which brands? It must be catted and I’ll be keeping the stock exhaust as I like the tone and don’t want it very loud. I’m looking for a little more bark to the bite. Thanks again for any video clips or advice!

The resonator is just a pipe, so brand doesn't matter. Downpipes vary, but probably all similar in price/performance. I had a preference for the APR one. Exhaust clips can't tell you much on video. Gotta hear it first hand inside and out. These cars will never sound great, but with the APR downpipe and resonator delete, it sounds ok with no drone and not intrusive on the highway.

Thanks for the reply. I’ll see if my shop has a customer with an S3 or Golf R with a downpipe.
