Default RS3 2018 - winter tires size

Hi.
I drive RS2018, with 255/30/19 front and 235/35/19 rear summer tires.
I'm not sure about, what kind of winter tires are forced to be use?

Just replace summer tires to winter witres with the same sizes, or use the 235/35/19 at all 4 winter tires as in the manual? (but what about the front rims, can we use the same or have to bought narrowed?).

Thank You.

I bought dedicated winter rims as I feel that's 'better' for the tires and easier to swap (I can do it myself if I want, even). I went 235/35/18 as there's a lot more tire options in 18" than 19" and went with the Neuspeed wheels.

Don't you think that with the same size tires and smaller rims will cause that the speed indicator will show you wrong results?
The size of the wheel must be exactly the same when changing tires or rims or both.

?

Best regards.

taller sidewalls does limit the difference, and a great question: I've no idea how much 'input' the car takes from GPS when calculating speed.

Go to the wheel-size.com website. It has a calculator that will tell you the speedometer error for different size wheels and tires than your stock setup. Link below.
