I was supposed to take delivery of my 2018 RS3 tomorrow, but received a call from the sales manager at the dealership today telling me that an Audi field rep needed to come out and inspect the vehicle, but wasn't coming until Monday. Audi will also not let the dealership let me take delivery of vehicle until the inspection happens on Monday. Anyone hear of this happening before?
The sales manager didn't know exactly what was being inspected or what the rep was going to do.
The only good thing that came out of this is that the sales manager got Audi to cover the cost of Audicare for me.

I'm reasonably sure that mine is on The Viking Conquest as well so again, I appreciate all of the updates. Looks like it's not far from DVV and the schedule I have shows that it is scheduled to arrive there on 09/19...
Keep 'em coming!

Viking Conquest appears to be holding. The last 2 AIS reports indicate speeds of <2 knots. I don't know why for sure, but Hurricane Jose is skirting the east coast. Forecast models have high winds reaching the Davisville area by Tuesday evening, so there probably isn't time to get in and out of port safely before winds and seas pick up.
