Here's the view that shows it best - it pretty much speaks for itself.

Wow!! Excellent info!!

And, I agree, thank you for sharing your "premium" information! Honestly, I hadn't realized that was my issue! If I had known, I'd have probably sprung for the service!

The unknown is always my biggest downfall in life.

Thanks in advance for any further info shared!

There were a TON of vehicle carriers that had been waiting after the storm, and the Goodwood was one of the last to unload.....got a feeling we're gonna get delayed a bit on "hitching a ride" north towards ATL and Charlotte. But.....maybe we're parked near the front, so we'll be first outta there! >fingers crossed<

Audi will also not let the dealership let me take delivery of vehicle until the inspection happens on Monday. Anyone hear of this happening before?

The sales manager didn't know exactly what was being inspected or what the rep was going to do.

The only good thing that came out of this is that the sales manager got Audi to cover the cost of Audicare for me.

Unfortunately the Audi Field Rep didn't give the dealership much information. All they were told was they were checking for a possible security flaw, but the flaw was not present on my vehicle.

I guess I cant complain too much. My car didn't have the flaw, and Audi is covering the cost of Audicare cause of the inconvenience.

I'm picking up the care tomorrow evening.

Hopefully not delayed and they are parked near the front! LOL My rep is checking the system tomorrow and see if it gets on a truck as scheduled. I'll let you know as yours should be leaving about the same time.

Wow, and you placed the order on August 29th. So, you could have the car in the next 4-5 weeks if everything goes according to average times, which is less than 2 months from order date. That's amazing. Congrats! Would be about 5 1/2 months for me of wait time.

Congrats. Your car has moved very quickly.

I really don't understand this process. My order went in a month before yours and still has a December build date.
