Did the grill myself. Found some time. Think it looks hot. No problems at all with the parking sensors. They work just like they did before. Good buy

I like that Quattro logo on there. It lines up very well with the fog vents.

Update:

I installed this grill a few days ago. I'm just waiting on the chrome rings to come in so I can install those. Removing the front bumper is very easy. It only took about 45 minutes. For me, I put the car up on jack stands and removed the front wheels. Once you remove the plastic tray under the car, it's pretty easy. There are three screws on each side behind the fender well (just remove 5 screws to be able to pull it out) and three up top under the hood. The screws for the bumper are T27 torx bit, not T25. If you have a T27 Torx screw driver, you won't have any problems on the driver side. The washer bottle is right there so the screw driver is the way to go on that side. The passenger side is way easier. Just use a ratchet and torx bit. Getting the old grill off and installing the new grill is a whole other story. That took about 3 hours. There's so much crap you have to do just to get the grill itself off, it's frustrating. I have the front parking sensors so it took a little more work. If you file down the parking sensor holders on the inside of the new grill, you won't have any issues. I used a very small file and took my time. You just need to make sure they are sticking out as far as possible and are even all the way around on the front of the grill. You can set the bumper back in place and test it. Do this before you put everything back together. The whole process took about 5 hours. I was not in a hurry as I'm very picky and wanted everything to look perfect.

For any 17MY S3 owners looking to to the RS3 grill swap, this has recently surfaced online: http://goo.gl/7Fn7Qg

As much as I would LOVE to add this to my 17 S3, I'm quite skeptical of the quality...
Also, you'd have to manually cut the hole for the ACC/PreSense system.

EDIT: Found another one on eBay, looks more promising and its all black. Same issue with ACC/PreSense hole though..
