Default RS3 WINTER SET SIZE

HI, I have a question about downsize my original RS3 rims set to A3 for winter. Original front is 255 35 19 rear 235 35 19. A3 rims are non staggered 225 40 18. Anyone can tell me if they can fit perfectly? Any help would be appreciated.

Unlikely, seems the RS3 rims are picky. The large brake caliper needs clearance. Search this forum for some other threads regarding the RS3 rims. BBS has rims they say will fit, but not many other places have rims available. Last I checked with TireRack, they said it won't be until 2018 when they think they might have sizes for RS3 rims.

Went with Replika R195. 57.1mm bore 19x8 (not 8.5) and ET45. Yes tires prices hurt, but you want a safe and enjoyable (oh the snow fun lol) ride.
My 2 cents. Tires are Sottos from Costco.

Directly from Neuspeed regarding rims RSe102 (19x8.5), RSe12 (18x8.5), and RSe10 (18x8.5). I wanted to find out how much clearance they provided for the 2018 RS3 sedan:

"(19") spoke to caliper clearance is about 4-5mm, ample! On the 18”, you need to inform the installer to stick the inside balancing weights a bit further away from the spoke… may be about 1-2” away to clear the top of the caliper. You can pair these wheels with 225, 235, or 245 tires without any rubbing issue whatsoever."

@Gergelybg I will check into those 19x8 rims you mentioned. That could be a better rim for 235/35 wheels to help prevent rim scratches (with 19x8.5 the rim would stick out more). Either that or I will look into 245/35 wheels to see if those fit the 19x8.5 Neuspeed rims without rubbing.

Have you tried the R195 yet? They clear the front brakes? If they work ill order them. Where did you got them from? Also, 3rd question will you go 235 35 19?

Tried and perfect fit by the shop I am buying from for 9 years now. The owner ordered them for another RS3 but the guy wanted black. The shop owner told me there is NO 19x8 with 57.1mm bore and this offset wheel by today on the market. Not a replica one. He proposed me to mount them for demonstration. I trust him for years now so no need.
It is a place called Le Roi du Cap on South shore of Montreal. the RRSP from the manufacturer (Made in Canada) is 264 CAN. I paid much less.

And yes the Sottos are 235/35/19, as the original set by audi (not staggered)

If anyone is looking for the Pirelli Sottozero 3 in 235-35-19 (AO) we are doing them for 340$ plus tax. They will fit on the original staggered wheels with no issue.
