The car went by me in an opposite direction. Too bad, can't take a closer look.

Audi has their NA infotainment firmware team situated in Belmont. Most likely that was a MFG car.

The NA RS3 has not been released to customers yet from my understanding.

There is no way its a local owner, no one (according to my dealer(s) has one up here. Sigh.
