What drive modes do you typically drive in?

My new-to-me 16' S3, I find myself in individual most the time, dynamic when I want to get aggressive, always comfort on the highway.
I have read in some of the forums that driving too often in dynamic is bad for the rear diff, but couldn't find anything in the manual regarding this.
Another thing I've noticed with my base s3, is my exhaust valves only open in dynamic. The individual options dont allow for full open, which annoys me. Id like to have that option in individual.
I wonder if it can be added to the menu in vagcom?

Engine/Trans = Dynamic
Steering = Comfort
Quattro = Dynamic
Exhaust = Comfort
I live at altitude so Dynamic engine/trans feels more like Comfort for most of you. Until boost hits the car is sluggish. The comfort exhaust is plenty loud for me. I did not buy the car to feel like a boy racer. I needed to extra HP because altitude takes away a lot of HP. I have never liked a really loud exhaust save driving my friends Aston Vantage.

I've heard driving while traction control off is on for extended time was bad for the rear diff, nothing about dynamic mode. Something about if trac is off, the AWD becomes 100% 50/50. If your claim is actually true and something I should be worrying about, please let me know lol, although I have my doubts.
I drive in individual mode, basically everything at Dynamic other than suspension. But if that causes problems int he long term, I don't really care to switch back to comfort mode most of the time, and dynamic when I feel like hooning. :P
