I received "soft top can not be used" on the dashboard first. It was not able to be opened or closed. Tried to manually open then close so that the error code is reset. However it got stuck "open". Took it my auto shop and they did the manual open and close but the error code came back. They found an error code on one of the 18 sensors but they could not identified the defective sensor. But they were able to close it so that I can drive the car. I still have "Soft top is not secure" message on dashboard and a beeping sound at about 35 mph. It will go to Audi service next.
If anybody had similar issues, please let me know if you were able to resolve it.
