A3 Oli Level Sensor Fault
I have a 2000 1.9Tdi 110bhp A3 Sport. The dashboard has a low oil level fault with 'Sensor' next to it. I have checked the oil level and it is 3/4 at least. Audi seen to think its the sensor that needs to be replaced.
- Has anyone else had this problem?
- Does anyone know where the sensor is located and how you replace it?

I have the same problem with 60 plate A3 1.6 petrol. The oil level was actually low so topped it up but the sensor warning light stayed on. Was hoping it would reset itself but, reading the forum, seems as if I need a new sensor.
