We've updated survey results for the A3 to include owner experiences through September 30, 2010. Other sources of car reliability information won't cover the months since April until the summer or even fall of next year.

Repair frequencies, in terms of repair trips per 100 cars per year:

2009: 19, better than average

2008: 61, about average

2007: 77, about average

2006: 61, about average

We have two additional statistics, "Nada-odds" and "Lemon-odds," to indicate the percentage of cars with no repairs in the past year and those that required 3+ trips to the repair shop.

In the case of the A3, the percentage with no repairs is about 56 for the 2006 and 53 for the 2007, while the percentage with 3+ repair trips is less than one for the 2006 and about 3 for the 2007.

In 2008, barely made the minimum for a complete result, and in 2009 dropped a single response brief. Thus, even a few more participants each model year would be very helpful.
In the case of the A3, the percentage of compensation is 63 to 50 for 2006 and 2007.

Just tried to sign up with True Delta, but couldn't get my car onto it==kept saying "too few owners" and wouldn't allow me to put in other information about the car.
Is the website having problems
