Stock spring rates and sway bars for RS3 8P?

Stock spring rates and sway bars for RS3 8P?
I've searched for some days for this info but seems there's nothing around the net. Do you know the OEM spring rate and the sway bars diameter for front and rear axles? I'm specially interested on the 2011-2012 model.
For now I've found these values for the spring rates but them seems to be excesively low and irreal for a car like this:
Front: 120 lb/in
Rear: 140 lb/in
And swaybars diameter info I've found:
Front: 20mm
Rear: 22mm

if i run 580F/660R spring rates on FK konigsports, should i also run a 19mm neuspeed rear bar or...?
