So, I've misplaced my A3 locking wheel nuts and I have been told they are unobtainable from standard garages. One forum even said that contacting Audi themselves will be useless as they do not provide you with a new one.

Where can I find another one? What are my options?

Also, where can I find the key code?

notorios you're in the wrong forum, but given the topic is generic I'll give my opinion.These things "wheel locks" are pure evil and mostly unnecessary and easily defeated by a crook.Go to a good independent, they'll have a tool, often Snapon .They'll rip those nasty things off and replace them with real wheel bolts and your life will be better.
