Good evening. New member here. I’m looking at a couple of different A5’s to update and upgrade from my ‘06 Volvo S60 R. I love the power of the R,but it’s getting older and I don’t want to count on it as my daily because of the repair cost when something goes wrong. I’ve driven a ‘16 A5 Premium Plus that has a decent price, but appears to be missing some of the available packages as it doesn’t have a backup camera. The price is a bit cheaper than some others in my area (SoCal), and the carfax is one owner, good history, but sold at a VW dealer that can’t certify it. There’s a ‘15 and ‘16 certified at a dealer about 100 miles from me that I might go check out this weekend, but they’re asking $3-5k more! The ‘15 only has 18k miles on it and is the more expensive of the three. I’m not an Audi/VW guy, so just looking for some advice. I admit I have not done a search in the forums here, but have done quite a bit just online. I’m new, it’s late, and I don’t have a lot of free time. Just hoping to get some newb advice from those of you with experience. TIA!
