Default 2010 S5 4.2l - fuel rail pressure too high and low voltage readings

Need some advice all - had S5 checked out today as when I had ECU tune put on by APR, he advised there were a number of low voltage readings he cleared. Had a local VW dealer take a look at it today, battery and alternator checked out today but getting low voltage readings still as well as p0088 fuel rail pressure too high. Any advice on what this may be or do I need to just suck it up and take it into an Audi dealer?
