(Extremely Annoying) Rattling from front dashboard

Default (Extremely Annoying) Rattling from front dashboard

Dear All Audi Owner,

i got my Audi A5 Sportback two weeks ago and being Drive for a week, everything is fine till 4 days ago. There is some annoying rattling happen inside the cabin, summary of the noise as below
1) it’s come from front dashboard , it can be heard even I am holding as normal position at driver seat
2) the noise louder when I get my self closer to center speaker at dashboard
3) the noise at first is weak and become lounder after more than 10 mins driving
4) the noise is constant when the car is idling after sometime of driving and more louder when the car is on moving.

I have send back to Audi work shop and their feedback is ... it’s normal after 3 days of full check however they said the noise could be from MMI unit fan where navigation is activate.

the noise is really annoying and distracting.

Please someone help me. Below is video link

I don’t understand why the dealer didn’t fix it for you before they return the car back to you.

they ask to write in through email to further lodge in my issue to Audi. That’s terrible and I am very disappointed to their service

I've given up on dealers trying to fix rattles. Make sure when they take things apart they don't break anything else in the process.

Yea that's terrible and we are talking about Audi authorized dealer?
