How to play Spotify on Audi A5 2014

We’ve recently bought an Audi A5, 5yo and I’m only frustrated with this whole AMI. Before we had a3 from 2008 and had no problems with playing music via Bluetooth. Now I have no clue how to play it or what adapters or cables to buy. They cable we have is the one with the USB end.
Anybody has any suggestions or links for products that we can buy to make it work?
