Problem with the transmission

Hello, my car is Audi A5 3.0 TDI DSG 2008. I have a problem from few weeks. Sometimes when i drive the transmission change the gear very bad like i am driving in sport mode and when i stop the car the fans start working but the car is not even on 90c the outside temp is -2 c . It started when the weather got cold. Can it be from the transmission oil?
