all that has changed is the Driver Select Package has been added. As well as Adaptive Cruise Control. Side Assist is added to the Tech Package. No pricing as of yet. Colors remain the same.

Is this confirmed? I just got a call saying that my S5 was pulled for production as an '09 model but that Side Assist is no longer available and that there are no new options available for `09. If Drive Select is now available and Side Assist is included in the Tech package, I would be so happy!

IT IS. Side assist is in the Tech Package, and Drive Select is on the Order Guide. Who knows may be delayed intro.

Now this is the best news I've had since ordering back in Jan! Ryan, you are the man! One more question though. Do you happen to have the order codes for the new options so I can have my salesman modify my order? I'll send you an email also just in case this isn't something you can post online.

Drive Select Package?
 

Is this for the A5 or the S5? Per the Audi USA website:

"Audi drive select makes it possible to preselect three highly individual configurations for the engine, gearbox and the magnetic ride shock absorbers. The result: a single car that provides the luxury of having three cars in their garage, one each for their changing needs: comfort, agility or dynamic driving."

I thought the S5 had a fixed setup, like the rest of the S series vehicles.

It is a package that allows you to choose Suspention and Steering Settings. Comfort Normal and Sport

It is too bad they don't offer it, the way gas is going it could be a good seller...
