Default A5 Cabrio Inoperable Trunk Lid

Have a 2011 A5 Cabrio and the trunk lid became inoperable. Just stopped responding.

No response from trunk handle or Key fob(s).

Checked MMI-3G settings under "Car Setup" and validated that Trunk Lock is "Off". Did a MMI 3-Button reset and still same results.

Open to any insights, suggestions.

Turns out was an easy fix. My wife put her clutch purse in the Glove box and hit the "Valet" mode button.

Once out of valet mode, everything worked.
