You have to make up your mind this week? Your signature says you already have a 2010 S5? Are you trading it in for another A5/S5???
Anyhow, I would suggest only getting the sport rear diff. That's the most important technology in my opinion because it really helps the rear end rotate when going through corners.
Plus, you can use VAGCOM to turn on the ADS on non-ADS cars. A VAGCOM cable costs $350.

The vagcom mod just enables you to manipulate the engine management aspect of the ads system (Shift points on the auto transmission). I personally think the sport diff. is the was to go-- costs 1/3 and gives you everything except the shock dampening and steering ratio change. More than adequate unless you drive hard or on the track.
